Our cash flow, which represents the monies donated each year and invested by SBHF in the health and welfare of the poor in the rural Fond des Blancs region, increases every year. This means that during agonizingly hard times in Haiti, especially given the lack of political solidarity since 2004, we have been able to offer better health care to more people who have ever fewer places to turn for assistance. Even though our budget exceeds $1 million dollars, we have been able to keep our overhead down to a mere five percent. This means that our US supporters can be sure that every donation they make to SBHF goes straight to the desperate need for health care and community support in Haiti. Despite the recent demands internationally, our benefactors continue to fund this important work, and even to increase their level of sacrifice and support. Our work is transparent. All are invited to participate and observe.

Thanks to our donors, we are growing, reaching out, and working on our mission to brighten the future of Haiti's poor in God's name.

In Haiti, not a drop of water or a grain of rice goes to waste.
We make every effort to keep our fiscal spending in line with this philosophy.
